Lockup Board Game Review - First Impression - Kickstarter - Thunderworks Games

Lockup puts you in control of a prison gang fighting to be the biggest, baddest, most feared group of goons in all the land. Taking place in the same world as Roll Player, your gang fights for dominance as you gather resources, recruit thugs, "acquire" contraband, and procure scrolls (hey prisoners have to learn too), becoming the most notorious inmate and maybe a chance at freedom.

This game combines resource management, bluffing, character battles, threat management, and engine building executed in a simple mechanic, complex strategy game which is a worthy successor to Roll Player.
