Kondapochamma Sagar reservoir - Markook is 58 km from Hyderabad.
It took us 90 minutes to reach there by bike. telangana tourism

The perimeter of the reservoir has a road through out at height where you can ride your bike and that's 15.8 km..!

The reservoir has the capacity of 15 TMC and, it' s said that it will provide irrigation water to 2.85 lakhs acres of arid land. And, the surprising fact is, the water in this reservoir is pumped into from Kaleshwaram project which is near Telangana and Chhattisgarh border and that's 150 km away!
