Extended Exhales to Rest & Digest | Breathwork to Engage the Parasympathetic Nervous System

Описание к видео Extended Exhales to Rest & Digest | Breathwork to Engage the Parasympathetic Nervous System

Building on the practice of coherence, this exercise aims to improve your breath control by extending the exhale with a 1:2 ratio, for every 1 second of inhale we exhale for 2 seconds.

You may find this technique challenging at first, but improvements can be seen quite quickly, which is rewarding.

This technique encourages the parasympathetic to engage and allow the body to fully relax.
