Wingfoil progression : Waterstart tutorial (for all boards🤫)

Il y a différentes méthodes de waterstart mais avec cette technique, j'ai pu m'adapter très rapidement à tout type de boards, de vent et d'état de mer. Je pratique souvent dans les vagues et je tente pas mal de tricks (de base), alors les chutes je connais, et donc, repartir rapidement est pour moi une priorité.
Planche qui coule ou pas, planche fine ou large, même technique 😍

There are different waterstart methods but with this way, I was able to adapt very quickly to all types of boards, wind and sea state. I often practice in the waves and I try a lot of tricks (basics), so wipeouts I know, and therefore, launching quickly is a priority for me.
Board that flows or not, thin or wide board, same technique 😍
