A sitting United States Senator told American troops they can refuse orders from their Commander in Chief. Now the Pentagon investigation has escalated to a full command review which is the last stage before an official court martial. This is not a drill. This is not political theater. Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona may be facing military justice for what veterans across America are calling sedition and the evidence is piling up fast.

Mark Kelly was one of the Seditious Six who went on camera and told service members they could refuse orders from President Donald Trump. When the Pentagon announced an investigation Kelly laughed it off. He called it nonsense. He dismissed Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth as unserious. He mocked the entire process. But veterans are not laughing. They are demanding a court martial. And now it appears they may get one.

The probe has moved from a preliminary referral to a full command review. In military justice terms this is the equivalent of a grand jury. It is the final stage before charges are formally brought. Kelly still collects a taxpayer funded military pension. He remains subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice. And he used his platform to tell young enlisted soldiers they can break the chain of command based on political preference. That is not free speech. That is an attack on civilian control of the military which is the foundation of our entire constitutional system.

But it gets worse. The billboards encourage soldiers to disobey President Trump and promise legal cover if they do. This is textbook color revolution tactics. Psychological warfare aimed at fracturing the most powerful military on earth from within. They are targeting the youngest and most impressionable ranks using encrypted channels and social media to spread their message of mutiny.

Jack Posobiec went nuclear on Mark Kelly in a viral clip that is spreading across the internet. He warned Kelly directly that if he wants to undermine the Commander in Chief while collecting a military pension he better be ready for everything that entails. Posobiec also referenced Kelly’s wife and her connections to Hillary Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein. The gloves are off. Veterans for Arizona are calling for court martial. They say Kelly had a chance to recant his statements. Instead he repeated them and attacked the investigators. He accused Pete Hegseth of corruption. He claimed the Secretary of Defense was tweeting about him instead of planning military operations. The arrogance is stunning.

Alex Jones broke down the legal framework on his show explaining that the statement alone may not be seditious but the coordination with Soros funded NGOs and Pentagon officials to create moles inside the military for a future uprising is where it crosses into criminal conspiracy.
