SOUNDBITE: Mandela: As you know this has been a highly sensitive matter to all sections of the population. We have had the historical situation in which a population, which constitutes, a community which constitutes 14% of the population of the country owned 87% of the land and that the overwhelming majority of the country owned only 13%.
