Shuttle Rotomoulding Machine
A shuttle rotomoulding machine is a very user friendly machine. This machine is expandable like a train engine with its different compartments. Initially the buyer can purchase only one shuttle with Oven and later on he can add number of shuttles (Compartments) to utilize the same oven.

This machine is meant for all the sizes of moulds for example buyer can mount 5000 Liter X1 Mould on offset arm and on other end or on second compartment - one can mount 500 Liters X 6 Moulds and on third end one can mount 1000 Liters X 4 Moulds thus one can utilize complete oven size to get optimum fuel economy.

One more advantage is that all the moulds will have individual - own axis rotation, which provides even heating to the mould surface to get even wall thickness.

The machine has inbuilt cooling system from the bottom of the machine which provides faster cooling to all the moulds. This type of design offers better system to de-mould the product from the mould at 45 degree.

This machine is also Popular for single layer products like Toys, Dustbins, Traffic cones, pallets, Road barriers, water park slides, etc Because it can accommodate Two no. of 2.5 meter spider on the straight arm which can  accommodate maximum moulds.
