This was in early December 2012, about 1:00 AM at Rixie Crossing in North Little Rock, Arkansas. I called it in to the Union Pacific when I saw that the gate was staying down. I don't know how long it was broken, but when I went through the crossing the next afternoon, it had been fixed.
