My attorney is doing something unethical. What should I do?

Pursuant to Rule 5.1, a partner or
lawyer with supervisory responsibil-
ity within a law firm is responsible
for ensuring that the conduct of the
firm’s lawyers conforms to the Rules
of Professional Conduct. A partner
or supervisory lawyer may be violat-
ing the rule if the lawyer “knows of
the conduct at a time when its conse-
quences can be avoided or mitigated
but fails to take reasonable remedial
action.”
