Ingredients: 1/2 cup each of Wheat Flour and All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/8 cup of Powdered Milk
1 teaspoon of Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Pepper
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of Cream of Tarter
3/4 cup of Canned Minced Clams. Include Brine from Can

These clam cakes are easy to make and are extremely delicious. Have them with a cocktail sauce or with tartar sauce. Whatever floats your boat. Please like this video and subscribe to my channel.
