Finally, here's Linda Lavin as Rose in Gypsy. I know that she was generally panned by both fans and critics alike when she took over the role from Tyne Daly but honestly, I can't figure out the reason why (other than the fact that like Lansbury, she completely broke the Merman mold and played it differently). She's a great actress and I love her portrayal of this multi-dimensional character. Enjoy!
