While The Balkans hasn't been released yet, it seem s SCS have gifted us another small preview, like they did with Texas. If you head to the junction just West of Szeged in Hungary, you can head South into Serbia for a fair trek. Eventually the road runs out, but you can go check out the border control and a fair distance beyond. Use the "No RoadBlocks" mod.
I wonder if there are any more routes across the borders; there's quite a distance to explore...
