Today I share easy aloo Ka bharta recipe on my YouTube channel food flavour recipes. Simple and perfect recipe for lunch and dinner and easy to make with few ingredients. Aloo bharta is traditional recipe of mashed boiled potatoes, it's called with different names like Bhurta,bhujia,sabji,aloo chokha,bhatee Etc. potato is most common and favorite vegetable used in different recipes of meals and snacks item.
Aloo Ka bharta is one of them ,easy to make and with taste .

Ingredients:
Boil mashed potatoes 1 kg
Oil 1/2cup
Spring onion 3_4
Fenugreek leaves 2 cups
Capsicum 1 small
Tomatoes 3_4
Green chili 3
Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red flakes 1 tsp
Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp
Carmon seeds 1/2 tsp
Water 3_4 tbsp or as required
Asafetida 2 pinch
Water 1&1/2 glass or as required
Chopped coriander leaves as required
Mint & curry Leaves as required
