How accurate is measuring a pig with a tape measure to find out how much it really weights. We go over the weights and the weights we got back from our butcher. You might be surprised on the results.

In May of 2015 we moved back to New Hampshire, to where we are going to reclaim our 8.5 acres, and turn it into our modern homestead. We built the house the first summer.
