So with no footage for this weeks video and me going back to work tomorrow. I had to think of somewhere to go film for this weeks video. Well I've been itching to go to this spot for ages. So despite it being one of the hottest days of the year I spent two hours traveling to Basingstoke to find this location. What a treat it was, so quiet I only seen two people in the hour I was standing there. Plus as a welcome bonus they had placed a log shaped bench which gave me an even better view over the fence of the passing trains. The only downside or upside? was the whistle board being right in front of me and the Horns on the Desiro's are very loud compared to the rest.
Back about 200 meters or so up the line there is a footbridge which is where I finished. While I had nowhere to sit down, the nearby trees was excellent shade.
