Set's reaction to the Master's death in Fallout 1

To my knowledge, I am the first to show this dialogue in Fallout. It is not very difficult to obtain, but is almost impossible to find in normal gameplay due to multiple reasons: (1) the super mutants invade Necropolis if the player enters the settlement 30 days after wiping out the super mutants at the water shed, (2) the mutant invasion happens anyway 110 days after the start of the game, (3) even if these time limits aren't met, the player has very little reason to reenter Necropolis after obtaining the water-chip and deciding the fate of the ghouls and (4) most players blow up the vats before fighting the Master and ending the game.
