Being able to take a shimpaku juniper as a semi styled stock plant and plant it into a bonsai pot takes several steps and needs a specific set of criteria to follow. The tree must be healthy, styling must be done before repotting, no heavy bends or major work, only minor work to be done to tree and then don't remove a huge amount of roots. Watch as I take this tree on the journey to be an Instant Bonsai!
