DP 30-82 Single Turn Gear Pump Left Turn Assembly with Triangle Connection | Step by Step Guide

In this video, the installation process of DP 30-82 triangular connection single rotation gear pump as left rotation is shown step by step. Firstly, the pump casing is cleaned with air and blind plug is mounted on the outlet line. The sealing grooves of the thrust plates are greased and the sealing kit is assembled and the lower thrust plate is mounted with the marked part to the inlet line. The installation of the gears, the assembly of the upper pressure plate, the correct placement of the cover seal and other parts are explained in detail. Finally, the cover is assembled, bolts are tightened and plastic plugs are installed to complete the process.
