Hey guys, I'm super excited that I've done my first PLANK EVER!! I'm on a journey to become a more healthy person by the time I turn 40 in a few years. I started my journey at the end of April weighing 350 lbs. I'm 25 lbs down and feeling my body grow stronger EVERY week thanks to the wicked training I'm doing with Blake Elarbee BS, CSCS, SNS twice a week. Do you plank? Yes, this was a small victory but it is MY small victory and I am so grateful to keep having the chance to push myself and improve!
