Today I try out the Ankarsrum mixer for the very first time! I put it to the test with a double batch of my Sweet yeast Dinner roll recipe, and make a single batch of my most requested cookie recipe -Brown Buter Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies! So, here is my honest review of the Ankarsrum Mixer.
