Sony WH-1000XM4 two red blinking, thermal sensor issue. Thermal sensor is attached to the battery, but it's not working.
Customer was working on the headphones, but after the repair the headphones didn't charged anymore. Thermal sensor connection was severed and the microcontroller won't charge the battery as it is beyond optimal thermal conditions.
We found the issue and as new thermal sensor not available with the flex cable, only with a new battery (cost more then £60) we bypassed the faulty fle cable. No obvious damage on the flex cable.
