For Marination:-
Meat 1.25 kg

Curd 150 gm or 1/2 cup

For Paste:-
Ginger garlic green chillies paste 5-6 tbsp

Ginger 2 inch
Garlic cloves 12-15

For mutton gravy:-
Cinnamon sticks 2
Mace flower 2
Black pepper 20
Cloves 6-7
Green cardamom 5-6
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onions 2 medium sized
Bay leaves 2
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Water as required
Mustard oil 200 ml

For Pulao Masala:-
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Mace flower 1
Green cardamom 6-7
Cloves 4-5
