Kinesiology taping for carpal tunnel syndrome. This taping can sometimes be more effective at relieving night pain from carpal tunnel if splinting is not working for you. This is a short term solution but is sometimes exactly what you need to get some sleep while you work on rehabilitating your carpal tunnel. The tape can be left on for 4-5 days, you can shower with it on and have a skin break of at least 1 day between tapings. Use a high quality tape like rocktape, ktape or kinesio tape. Enjoy!
