ZARIN MEHTA, PIANO
Zarin Mehta, 12, is currently in the House of Ravel and a student of Jeff Panko and Mary Sauer. Zarin is already an experienced performer with notable achievements under his belt. Such achievements include 2nd place at the 2019 Steinway Competition, and Honorable Mention in the 2019 DePaul Piano Competition. Zarin is currently working on repertoire that includes Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No.13 Op.27 No.1, Rachmaninoff’s Prelude Op.23 No.6 in E Flat Major, and the Hartmann Piano Trio No.1 in B Flat Op.10.

Outside of his piano studies, Zarin likes to relax by playing chess and hockey. Zarin also enjoys competing in robotic tournaments and math olympiads.
