My First Orient Watch : The Other Half of SEIKO — Model CDD00001W — A Modern Pocket Watch — Unboxing

Have you ever heard of the Orient Watch Company? Did you know it was related to SEIKO? And lastly… Did you know they made a modern pocket watch? 
During my continual tumbling down the rabbit hole that is watch collecting I found an absolutely beautiful Royal Orient pocket watch. Currently, it’s too expensive and as it would turn out I settled for a regular Orient pocket watch. And surprisingly, it’s actually really nice. This is a modern take on a pocket watch — This watch has a wristwatch movement with shock resistance, stainless steel case, an exhibition case back, sapphire crystals front and back, and even 30 meters of water resistance.
