Tour Squeaky Clean Sprint - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Music Extended

For Wave 5 of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: Booster Course Pass, we have Squeaky Clean Sprint as the unlabeled Tour course. This course is referred in datamines from Mario Kart Tour as "mobBR".

There's various object strings related to it that have been found in the files for Mario Kart Tour for over a year now, so it's a very similar situation to Sky-High Sundae and Yoshi's Island prior.

We'll probably see the Tour version in about a month or so from now.
