Smoking a Spiral Cut Glazed Ham is fun and easy. It'll probably get you favorite cousin of the year award too. Cut the ham out of the package and place into a 9x13 pan. Season thoroughly with kinders brown sugar rub. Set your smoker at 275 degrees and let it cook for 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark we're going to glaze. Mix together 1 stick of butter, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of apple cidar vinegar and 1 cup of brown sugar. Cook for 5 minutes on medium low heat. Let cool for a few minutes and dump over the ham. Set your chef alarm into the ham and pull at 140 degrees. ENJOY!
