This hidden gem of an original 140 year old terrazzo floor was hiding under carpets and linoleums of the historic university building. We demolished the old floors to reveal the original terrazzo. We were challenged with hundreds of holes from the carpet nails but that didn't stop us from fully restoring this terrazzo to its original beauty.
