- Gram Flour (Besan): 3/4 cup
- Rice Flour: 2 tablespoons
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1.5 teaspoons
- Lemon Juice: 2 teaspoons
- Red Chilli Powder: 2 teaspoons
- Cumin (Jeera) Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder: 1.5 teaspoon
- Pepper Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Mustard Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 2-4 tablespoons
- Oil: for deep frying

#Method:
1. Prepare the Marinade :

- In a large bowl, combine the following -
- Salt
- Ginger garlic paste
- Lemon juice
- Red chilli powder
- Garam masala powder
- Cumin powder
- Pepper powder
- Chopped coriander
- Chopped curry leaves
- Gram flour (besan)
- Rice flour
- Mustard oil
- Water

2. Marinate the Chicken :

- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade mixture.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly to ensure the chicken is well coated.
- Set aside for at least 2 hours.
(For best results, marinate overnight.)

3. Prepare for Frying :

- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

4. Fry the Chicken :

- Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the chicken pieces one by one into the oil.
- Fry the chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
- Turn the chicken pieces over and fry for an additional 6-7 minutes on medium heat until they are golden brown and cooked through.

5. Final Steps :

- Fry the chicken until evenly cooked.
- Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
