Wire Portrait Tutorial | Wire Sculpting for Beginners

This wire portrait tutorial will show you how to make a wire sculpture step by step. I love this technique for my students because wire sculpting can be intimidating. If you are looking for 3d lessons that are not clay, this is a winner! I will show you how to make a face out of wire and attach it to a wooden base. You can make multiples, focus on expression and add abstract features. This is a great high school wire lesson and can be adapted for a variety of age ranges and ability levels.
