On the base PS5, the game runs at a dynamic resolution of 1440p to 4K. The Pro version should run at a higher resolution in some cases, although it would be hard to tell if you aren’t looking at both side-by-side. The YouTube compression makes it even harder to see the difference.

The biggest difference is in the beginning of the Slo-Mo Casion level with the reflections of the gold flooring.
