the clutch weight of Dr.Pulley's HiT clutch is flyed outward FIRSTLY to engage the clutch bell slipperily when the centrifugal force of clutch weight is high enough to overcome the tensile strength of clutch arm spring and then at pre-determined timing the PUSH pin of HiT clutch will be activated to compress the clutch weight to grab the clutch bell tightly thus the slippage of clutch weight can be almost non-existed.
So the fully engaged rpm of HiT clutch is controllable via different pillow springs thus it's easy to get a comfortable fully engaged rpm and excellent for maneuverability at slow speed.
