People who are looking for a CPU Fan Cooler for ITX system that really uses up all the space don't have a lot of choices.

Many then end up with a 92mm low-profile cooler such as the Noctua NH-L9.

You really get the impression that the mainboard manufacturers are doing everything they can to make life as difficult as possible for the people in the SFF / ITX community.

There are mainboards with a lot of unnecessary structures on the I/O panel shroud and on the VRM heatsink.
