Final rites of Kannada Film actor Puneeth Rajkumar with full state honors are underway at KantiRawa studio. Fans, politicians, and South Indian stars attend the ceremony. Thousands of Kannada admirers have gathered to pay their respects to the actor. Puneeth Rajkumar, the eldest of Dr. Rajkumar's five children, died of a heart attack on Friday at the age of 46. Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot paid tribute on Saturday, along with Bommai and other state cabinet members, Leader of the Opposition Siddaramaiah, former Chief Minister SM Krishna, and pontiffs from various mutts. Among the South Indian film stars who paid tribute to Kannada film actor Puneeth Rajkumar were N Balakrishna, Chiranjeevi, Junior NTR, Venkatesh, Arjun Sarja, and ace choreographer Prabhu Deva.
