One of the most popular and loved desserts for summers is Fruit Custard!
I am yet to come across someone who doesn’t enjoy Fruit Custard, especially in the summers! It is light, delicious, and very refreshing thanks to all the fruits added to it.
This Fruit Custard Pudding that I am sharing with you today just takes our regular Fruit Custard a notch higher as we add layers of sponge cake & jelly to it.
Set it in individual bowls and you have just upped the game with the Fruit Custard Pudding!

Recipe :
Fruit Custard Pudding
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
500 ml Milk
4 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Custard Powder
1 pack Jelly
Vanilla Sponge Cake
Fruits

Method:
Dissolve the custard powder in ¼ cup milk.
Boil the remaining milk with the sugar. Add the custard powder mix stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.
Cook till the custard thickens.
Remove from fire and cool.
Prepare the jelly as per pack instructions.
Line the bases of individual glasses with sponge cake.
Pour hot jelly mix over it to fill halfway through.
Allow to set completely.
Top with a layer of custard and chill.
Top with lots of cut fruits to serve.
