Скачать или смотреть Sentiero del Viandante in kayak: da Dorio a Piona, ce la faremo questa volta?

Ci eravamo lasciati nello scorso video con la nostra ritirata di fronte al temibile Ventone e al proposito di riprovarci in primavera: detto e fatto!
Questa volta le previsioni meteo sono state accurate e l'unico vento con cui ci siamo misurati è stata la Breva che ha iniziato a soffiare dolcemente verso le 10 per poi rinforzare a più di 12 km/h a fine pagaiata.
Rimesso in acqua il kayak al pontile di Dorio (appena sotto la stazione) ci siamo diretti verso la penisola di Olgiasca, che racchiude il laghetto di Piona e sulla cui propaggine estrema sorge l'omonimo Priorato (che tutti però chiamano Abbazia).
Ci siamo tenuti vicini alle sponde per ammirare le rocce e anche - perchè no - invidiare le belle ville affacciate a picco sul lago.
Tra darsene in disuso e piccole spiaggette tanti uccelli acquatici, cigni, anatre, gallinelle e strolaghe.
un imbarcadero apparso dal nulla segnala l'arrivo a Piona e da li a poco sbarchiamo sulla spiaggia davanti al giardino del Priorato per una pausa e una visita.

We broke up in the last video with our retreat in front of the fearsome Ventone and with the intention of trying again in the spring: said and done!
This time the weather forecast was accurate and the only wind we measured ourselves with was the Breva which started to blow gently around 10 and then strengthened at more than 12 km / h at the end of the paddling.
Putting the kayak back into the water at the Dorio pier (just below the station) we headed towards the peninsula of Olgiasca, which encloses the Piona lake and on whose extreme offshoot stands the homonymous Priory (which everyone however calls the Abbey).
We kept close to the banks to admire the rocks and also - why not - envy the beautiful villas overlooking the lake.
Between disused docks and small beaches, many water birds, swans, ducks, hen and loons.
a landing stage that appeared out of nowhere signals the arrival in Piona and shortly thereafter we disembark on the beach in front of the Priory garden for a break and a visit.
