So we are here with another bittersweet end to an awesome tv show this is the finale to THE PENGUIN! This is episode 8 and it’s titled, A GREAT OR LITTLE THING. The Penguin finale begins with not necessarily flashbacks but Sofia’s physician/lover using red light therapy to extract memories from Francis’s brain. It’s a breaking of Franny’s psychosis, not dementia, that caused her condition. Years ago, Francis tried to get Max to kill Oz, but she could not go through with it.

Meanwhile, Franny breaks a bottle and approaches Oz, but more on that in a bit. After a bomb goes off in Gotham’s poorest neighborhood, Victor arrives looking for his boss. And a lot more!
