#unpacking my Smashbox Crystalized Always On Metallic Matte Liquid Lipstick.

Another fail video - this time it smashbox products.

These liquid lipsticks were so dried out, there was hardly anything on the applicator, as most of the product was dried up and stuck inside.

I checked their batch codes and they were already expired, so I sent them back.

Things like this happen, and won´t make me feel bad about the company.
As long as customer service gives me a refund or a new product, and if this is isn´t happeing all the time.

I have many different products from smashbox, all in perfect condition, this is the first time this happened, so no harm done. :) No shame or shade to smashbox! ❤️

This is just something that happens sometimes, as I am buying and reviewing probably more than the usual amount of products than regular customers.
