Rules for Observing Pashupati Vrat
Like all fasts, Pashupati Vrat has certain rules to follow:

Morning Rituals:

Visit Lord Shiva's temple in the morning.
Offer Belpatra, Panchamrit, Bhang, Dhatura, and Mandar Pushpa.
Ensure you visit the same temple on the first day and the following four Mondays.
Diet:

Eat fruits in the morning.
Evening Rituals:

Prepare a sweet dish to offer to Lord Shiva and divide it into three parts.
Keep one part for yourself and offer the remaining two parts to Lord Shiva, expressing your wish.
While going to the temple in the evening, take six lamps with your offerings.
Light five lamps in front of Lord Shiva and bring one lamp back home.
Place this lamp on the right side before entering the house.
Breaking the Fast:

Consume a portion of the Prasad (offering) while breaking the fast.
Pashupati Vrat Udyapan (Conclusion of the Fast)
The fast is observed for five consecutive Mondays, culminating in the Udyapan. On the fifth Monday, after performing the puja, offer a coconut to Lord Shiva with your wish in mind. If possible, offer 108 Bel leaves or unbroken rice. By the sixth Monday, your wishes are believed to be fulfilled.

By following these rituals, devotees can seek the blessings of Lord Shiva, remove obstacles, and fulfill their desires through the Pashupati Vrat.
