I purchased the Beelink GT King Black WiFi6 TV BOX Android9.0 Amlogic S922X-H on June 28, 2024. Since I first set it up, I have experienced severe technical issues. During use, the TV BOX frequently freezes. Even though I restart it daily using a smart plug, the device has completely stopped responding, and the system eventually froze on the reboot screen.

From the very beginning, I tried to show that the box was damaged, but my concerns were ignored. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Given the persistent and unresolved issues, I strongly prefer a refund rather than a replacement.

Please assist me in resolving this issue or provide information on the refund process. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Reyfoon TV Box Store. I purchased the Beelink GT King Black WiFi6 TV BOX, expecting a reliable product, but it turned out to be completely defective. The device constantly froze, became unresponsive, and even failed during factory resets. Despite providing clear evidence of these issues through multiple videos, the seller ignored my genuine requests for a refund and instead suggested redundant solutions that did nothing to resolve the problem.

What’s worse, my case was closed without resolution, and the seller showed no willingness to cooperate or address the situation fairly. Losing €140 on a faulty product is unacceptable, and the lack of support from this seller has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. They do not stand behind their products or value their customers.
