This Game started life as a 3 table Amiga/Dos game called pinball illusions which was a sequel to pinball Dreams/Fantasies. The game was updated with a 4th table for the DOS CD version complete with cd audio soundtrack. The game was later ported to PS1/Saturn and featured a 3D perspective as well as the usual top down perspective.

Now this is a proper pinball game. Everything is clearly marked and highlighted where you need to go when needed. I have tried to show as much of each table as I can which I think is everything except maybe on the beach babe table. At the end of the video I have a very quick play in 2D mode just to show how the game looks in that view

The 3D hires mode uses an Interlaced mode so the video is presented with all the original interlace combing artefacts which I hope doesn't spoil it to much. The game does have a lowres 3d mode, but it is exactly the same as applying a bob deinterlacer which halves the fps and cuts out half the lines leaving it looking notably worse.
