Brass Monkeys of the North Sea [Cold Water Swimming]

A 26 minute feel good documentary about the Brass Monkeys sea swimming group. The group swim off of Seaton Carew in the North East of England all year round. Three of the swimmers are interviewed and they talk about the physical and mental benefits of cold water swimming.
