you saw it here! I tried the honey cured steak after seeing @maxthemeatguy post a video a fortnight or so ago and I 10/10 reccomend you try this out.

I cured this massive rib on the bone from @australiansteakco with @thejackalopetradingco SPG and Honey from @chris_b_que backyard bee farm. I then added some extra Memphis magic dust before giving it a reverse sear in the @weberbbqausnz kettle with a chunk of cherry over @olivepipco

sweet, spicy, smokey, tender, juicy...this steak literally had it all. I wouldn't eat it everyday but as a nice treat everyone and then...wow!
