The futuristic two-wheeler glides through the auditorium, the jet-black triangular frame illuminates the blue and white BMW logo. The female driver only wears a visor, which looks like a pair of glasses from the next century instead of a helmet. She stops and stands up from the seat, without taking either foot off the pegs. The vision bike presented at the "iconic impulses" exhibition. "The BMW Group Future Experience" that is celebrating its world premiere in Los Angeles, transports the viewer to the year 2130.

Not only did the PES1 (Passion, Electric, Street) and PED1 (Passion, Electric, Dirt) look great on the stand, but the triple-tuning-fork brand also presented video that demonstrated the PES1, at least, was a real, functioning machine.

Aiming to take the aggressive and fun attitude of the MT-09 and combine it with double the front-end grip, it’s the first leaning production three-wheeled motorcycle of its type – while Piaggio have long blazed a three-wheeled trail with their MP3 family.


5.Suzuki Biplane
The Suzuki Biplane which was revealed at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show is a concept motorbike inspired by Biplanes. Rather an unusual source of inspiration, the design uses colors similar to the canvas often found on older aircraft, and the lack of any wind protection would also leave the rider exposed to the elements - similar to the pilot of an open-top aircraft.
