MNEK sits down with Megan Jayne Crabbe for MTV Faces: Body Image.

MNEK has become one of the UK’s most prolific songwriters and producers since entering the industry at 16 in 2011. Since then, the GRAMMY nominee has worked with Beyoncé, Madonna, Little Mix, Zara Larsson and more. In 2020, he earned his first UK number one as a featured artist on Head & Heart by Joel Corry. On Faces, he opens up about growing up feeling like “the fat kid”, his disordered relationship with food and exercise, and how childhood shame manifested as an adult. Plus, he chats about gay male beauty standards and learning to love himself wholly for who he is.
