Aloe Vera as Rooting Hormone - Homemade rooting agent

Is Aloe Vera a good rooting hormone / rooting agent? In this video I clone tomato plants and test to see if gel from an aloe vera plant can help us grow roots faster. I try multiple propagation techniques to learn what yields the fastest root growth. People on the internet are claiming that the gel of aloe vera contains salicylic acid and other hormones that can help keep cuttings disease free, as well as acting as a rooting stimulant. I test to see if this is facts or fiction!
