A Ramble from Chris Cornell to Jimi Hendrix, Spring, 2024

Описание к видео A Ramble from Chris Cornell to Jimi Hendrix, Spring, 2024

This one goes from a bronze statue of Chris Cornell, guitarist and lyricist of both Soundgarden and Audioslave, to Jimi Hendrix, legendary guitarist and both Seattle natives. I start near the Museum of Popular Culture (MoPop) where the statue of Cornell is. There used to be a statue of Roy Orbison there. Jimi's statue is in front of a building that used to house some sort of label office that handled musak, the piped in feed of music that you would hear at malls and stores. In any case, this one goes from the edges of the Seattle Center campus up to just off Broadway on Capitol Hill and of course, I go the long way. Enjoy!
