Sara is an unfortunate young woman who suffers from Persistent genital arousal disorder (known colloquially as Multiple orgasm disorder). This is a very much secretive and misunderstood severe medical disease. Many people do not understand and some even think that it is a pleasurable condition.

Sara has very bravely spoken out about her experiences and how her illness has severely affected her daily functioning.
