So today a straight comparison between Clear Remo Emperor and Evans G2 Drum Heads. Can you hear a difference? I think there is a subtle warmer sound coming from the G2's but once in the mix if an amateur closed their eyes and listened to the different heads to a backing track personally I'm not sure we should get too hung up on clear vs coated drum heads.
