Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: NIL
Serves: 1

Ingredients:

1. Lemon - 1
2. Brown Sugar –Little
3. Salt / Himalayan Rock Salt – Little
4. Mint Leaves - handful

Recipe:

1. Grind Mint leaves along with Sugar and filter it.
2. Add Lemon juice to a glass.
3. Add mint leaf extract to the glass.
4. Add salt and mix thoroughly.
5. Add ice and required amount of water.
6. Tasty Mint Lemonade is ready.

1. புதினாவை சர்க்கரையுடன் சேர்த்து அரைத்து , அதை வடிகட்டவும்.
2. ஒரு க்ளாசில் எலுமிச்சை சாறு சேர்க்கவும்.
3. க்ளாசில் புதினா இலை சாறு சேர்க்கவும்.
4. உப்பு சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும்.
5. ஐஸ் கட்டி மற்றும் தேவையான அளவு நீர் சேர்க்கவும்.
6. சுவையான எலுமிச்சை புதினா ஜூஸ் தயார்.
